Mr. Hani Natour – Acting Chief Executive Officer & Chief Financial Officer

Hani Natour is the Acting Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Al Arabi Investment Group, a member of Arab Bank Group, where he leads the company’s strategic direction, growth, and operational transformation.

With over 20 years of experience in finance, asset management operations, brokerage operations, and private equity operations. Hani has played a key role as a Chief Financial Officer since 2013 in building and strengthening the company’s core businesses, led major initiatives in governance, financial control, and business transformation, enhancing internal frameworks and aligning operations with international best practices.

In his dual leadership role, Hani oversees key business functions and works closely with senior management and the Board of Directors on strategy, performance, and risk management. He has successfully driven profitability improvements, implemented advanced reporting systems to support executive decision-making.

As Acting CEO, Hani is focused on accelerating sustainable growth, strengthening the company’s market position, and advancing its digital and operational excellence to support long-term success.

 

Mr. Jameel N. Anz, CFA – Head of the SME Investment Fund

Mr. Jameel Anz joined the Arab Bank Group as the Head of the SME Investment Fund in 2017. He is a Director and Vice Chairman of Al Amal Maternity Hospital, Hlaiyel Group, Crystel, Japanese Flavor, ManafSoft and Medmac. Prior to that, Mr. Anz was a Senior Director at Foursan Group which he joined in 2005. He also served as a Director of Safwa Islamic Bank, Al Qaser for Touristic Investment, Shamsuna Power, and Nafith Logistics.

Mr. Anz is the President of the CFA Society Jordan, an exam grader and a frequent lecturer in valuation, accounting, finance and ethics. He is also a member of the Investment Committee of Oasis500.

Mr. Anz is a CFA Charterholder, in addition to holding an MBA in Finance - Valedictorian - from NYIT. Mr. Anz also holds a BA in Economics with Great Distinction from McGill University.

 

Ms. Lana Masri – Head of Brokerage Department

Ms. Lana Masri has been the Head of the Brokerage Department at AB Invest since 2009. Before that she served as the Deputy Head of the Brokerage Department from 2005. Ms. Masri is a graduate of Al-Ahliya Amman University in Amman, Jordan with a B. Sc. in Banking and Finance. Ms. Masri is also a licensed broker by the JSC.
